Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
  • Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead the sales floor team, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
  • Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
  • Manage time and delegate tasks effectively, focusing on both sales floor and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory, stock storage, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners for operational support and participate in annual inventory reporting.
  • Assist in event planning and execution, enhancing client engagement and brand presence.
  • Promote a culture of personalized client experiences and uphold brand image and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with operational expertise.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail setting, with a focus on sales and operations.

Education

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $38 hourly, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
