Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily operations of the fragrance and beauty boutique.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the brand's high standards of luxury retail experience.
- Support in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to uphold the brand's aesthetic.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to enhance performance.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote new product launches and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in fragrance and beauty.
