Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned Bangkok territory to achieve and exceed sales, margin and KPI targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop multi-site retail teams and store managers to ensure consistent application of brand standards and superior client experience.
  • Drive client acquisition, clienteling and retention programs, cultivating high-value clientele and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Manage territory P&L drivers including sales forecasting, stock allocation, replenishment and markdown control.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising, marketing and wholesale/trade teams to implement seasonal initiatives and local activations.
  • Monitor retail performance through KPI analysis and deliver actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures across stores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of commercial leadership within luxury retail or premium beauty/fashion sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and lead teams to deliver sustained sales growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and P&L management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to liaise with cross-functional partners.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or equivalent; advanced education or industry-specific certifications advantageous.
