Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across two boutique locations in Gothenburg.
  • Establish and nurture a world-class service and selling culture.
  • Ensure excellence in client experience, operational standards, and team engagement.
  • Lead by example on the selling floor, demonstrating advanced client engagement and selling techniques.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, delivering consistent feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Conduct gap analysis and implement action plans in collaboration with the Retail Learning & Development specialist.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Units per Transaction, and Average Basket Size.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage staff scheduling and annual workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably with responsibility for multiple units.
  • At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
  • Qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent selling and client engagement techniques. Ability to drive accountability and performance. Proficiency in conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions. Capability to implement and respect visual merchandising guidelines.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales management with multiple unit responsibility and at least 5 years of shop floor experience in the Beauty industry.
