Role & Responsibilities

  • Map and analyse current after‑sales workflows and service processes for Horlogerie & Joaillerie across Europe; identify bottlenecks and failure modes.
  • Collect, validate and visualise operational KPIs and service metrics to support data‑driven improvement proposals.
  • Design, pilot and document process optimisations and standard operating procedures in collaboration with technical service teams, logistics, quality and customer relations.
  • Support project management activities: define action plans, coordinate stakeholders, track timelines and report progress to regional leadership.
  • Facilitate change management: prepare training materials, run workshops and ensure adoption of revised processes and digital tools.
  • Produce concise presentations and management reports to communicate findings, ROI estimates and next‑step recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited apprenticeship/work‑study programme (Bac+2 to Master level) in industrial engineering, supply chain, mechanical engineering, quality management, business school or a watchmaking/jewellery curriculum.
  • Demonstrable analytical aptitude and experience with process mapping or continuous improvement methods (academic projects or internships).
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomy and the capacity to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Professional proficiency in French; good working knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Eligible for alternance/apprenticeship contract in France (social‑security/visa requirements as applicable).

Experience

No long professional track record is required; candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant programme. Previous internships (3–12 months) in operations, after‑sales service, logistics, quality or within the watchmaking/jewellery sector are an advantage.

Education

Currently enrolled in a technical or business programme (BTS, Bac+3, Master or engineering school) with a focus on industrial engineering, supply chain, quality, mechanical engineering or watchmaking/jewellery.
