Chanel seeks an After‑Sales Service Assistant in Gyeonggi‑do, South Korea to manage client repairs, coordinate ateliers and ensure high‑touch after‑sales service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage after‑sales requests from boutiques and direct clients, including repairs, alterations and servicing of garments and accessories.
- Log, track and update service orders in the service management system; ensure accurate documentation and timely progress updates.
- Coordinate with internal ateliers, external workshops and logistics partners to schedule repairs, quality checks and deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with clients and boutique teams on status, expected timelines and any necessary approvals, maintaining a high level of discretion and bespoke service.
- Inspect returned items for quality control, prepare items for workshop work, and verify completed repairs against service orders.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or product specialists and follow through to resolution.
- Support generation of service reports, maintain inventory of care‑and‑repair consumables, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or after‑sales roles within luxury retail or fashion (preferred 1–3 years).
- Strong client‑facing communication skills and a polished, discreet manner appropriate for high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Knowledge of garment construction, leather goods and accessory care, or demonstrable aptitude to learn technical repair standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple service orders and deadlines concurrently.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, fashion or a related field preferred.
