Chanel Paris seeks an After‑Sales Assistant (Intern) for the Fashion boutique — January 2023 internship in Paris.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique after‑sales (Service Après‑Vente) workflow, including intake and tracking of repair, alteration and return requests.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service timelines, status updates and resolutions while maintaining strict discretion and brand etiquette.
  • Liaise with internal ateliers, external workshops and logistics to coordinate repairs and quality checks.
  • Maintain and update client files and service records in the boutique CRM; ensure documentation is accurate and audit‑ready.
  • Prepare administrative paperwork, export reports and follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist the boutique team with ad hoc client enquiries and post‑sale quality control inspections.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Business, Fashion Management, Hospitality or a related discipline (required for internship status).
  • Fluent spoken and written French; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Strong client‑service orientation with discretion, diplomacy and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple service files simultaneously.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands, is a strong advantage.

Experience

Internship-level role for students or recent graduates; previous experience in retail, customer service or a luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Fashion Management, Hospitality, Communications or related field; vocational diplomas accepted where applicable.
