Chanel in Cannes seeks an After‑Sales Assistant (Intern) for the boutique — internship starting July 2023, supporting SAV and client care.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique after‑sales (SAV) operations by receiving and logging client service requests, repairs and alterations.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, timelines and follow‑up appointments while maintaining discretion and high customer‑service standards.
  • Coordinate case management with internal ateliers, external repair partners and the regional service team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, work orders and client files; update CRM/case tracking tools and ensure traceability of items.
  • Assist the boutique team with quality inspections on returned items and escalate technical issues to the relevant specialists.
  • Contribute to in‑store clienteling activities when required and support operational tasks related to after‑sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline.
  • Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling high‑value client matters.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple cases and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication; fluency in French is expected and conversational English is advantageous.
  • Interest in luxury craftsmanship, product care and service excellence.

Experience
