Administrative Manager — Parfums & Beauty
Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks an Administrative Manager — Parfums & Beauty (CDI). Permanent role supporting finance, suppliers and operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for the Parfums & Beauty unit, including invoice processing, supplier follow-up and expense control.
- Manage budgeting support and routine financial reconciliation in collaboration with finance teams; prepare regular operational reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate administrative workflows across sales, marketing and logistics to ensure timely execution of product launches and commercial activities.
- Maintain and improve internal processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide HR administrative support: onboarding paperwork, timesheet validation, expense claims and liaison with payroll/HR teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders; manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements for the business unit.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrable discretion when handling confidential information.
- Solid numerical literacy and experience producing/analysing operational reports.
- Capacity to work autonomously within a fast‑paced luxury environment and to collaborate across functions.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, retail or luxury goods, with direct responsibility for financial or supplier administration.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting or a related discipline.
