Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and record supplier invoices, expense reports and purchase orders; ensure accuracy and timely coding.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including payment preparation and follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine reconciliations (bank, supplier statements) and assist with month‑end closing activities and journal entries.
  • Maintain orderly accounting documentation and filing in compliance with local accounting rules and internal policies.
  • Prepare basic financial and administrative reports for the finance team; escalate anomalies and support audits and external accountants as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the local office (correspondence, scheduling, vendor coordination) to ensure daily operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or degree in accounting, finance or equivalent (e.g. BTS/DUT/BA in Accounting).
  • Professional familiarity with core accounting procedures: invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries and month‑end routines.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and capacity to work to deadlines.
  • Discretion, professionalism and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.

Experience
