Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the transactional processes related to client accounts, including multi-channel payment recording and handling of unpaid invoices.
- Collaborate with the credit management team to address payment discrepancies and refund requests.
- Oversee and verify the process for payment methods such as bills of exchange and ensure data consistency.
- Track sales indicators across various divisions, including Fragrances & Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
- Manage disputes and unallocated entries, ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
- Address interface anomalies related to sales and justify tax-free sales documentation.
- Control and account for tax refund invoices from suppliers.
- Prepare and execute the year-end rebate process for French wholesalers in collaboration with Financial Control.
- Reclassify outstanding effects submitted for collection and validate provision slips during quarterly closings.
- Ensure the completeness of provisions and document general account justifications.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the accounts receivable function and participate in related projects.
- Actively engage in the deployment of electronic invoicing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable within a medium-sized or large enterprise.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in an accounts receivable role within a medium-sized or large organization, with a focus on continuous process improvement and system implementation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
