Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to operational teams on the use of Coupa and Basware, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient order management.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and accounting to optimize invoice management.
  • Facilitate the accounts payable community to standardize Coupa processes.
  • Analyze the FNP account related to Coupa receipts and certain P&L accounts.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of invoices with orders, adhering to accounting principles.
  • Review and clear the account of outstanding invoices related to Coupa receipts.
  • Reclassify certain P&L lines as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digitalized accounts payable department or as a financial analyst.

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes. Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI. Advanced skills in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with Basware and Coupa is ideal. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a digitalized accounts payable department or financial analysis role is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
