Account Manager (Retail Partnerships)
Chanel seeks an Account Manager (Retail Partnerships) in Bristol to manage the Sephora account, drive sales and ensure brand execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship with the Sephora retail account in Bristol, acting as Chanel’s primary point of contact on site.
- Drive monthly and seasonal sales performance versus targets through effective account planning and execution.
- Implement and maintain Chanel merchandising standards, planograms and visual directives within the Sephora environment.
- Coordinate promotional activity, product launches and in-store events with Sephora management and Chanel marketing teams.
- Manage stock flow and inventory reconciliation for the account, liaising with logistics and distribution to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
- Provide training and coaching to Sephora sales staff to ensure product knowledge, selling techniques and brand positioning are consistently applied.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs, produce regular performance reports and recommend actions to optimise space, assortment and promotional ROI.
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships within the retailer to secure prime placement and commercial opportunities for Chanel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a major retail account or key retail partnership in beauty or luxury goods.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to influence retailer decision-makers and frontline teams.
- Ability to translate brand standards into operational execution in a third‑party retail environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field role; valid UK driving licence preferred.
- Flexible availability to support weekend activity and in‑store events as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or retail partnerships within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail, with demonstrable success managing a major retailer or key account.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
