Role & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team to achieve results and develop individual talents while fostering an ethical and diverse environment.
Address and manage employee relations issues in collaboration with the Retail Development Manager, adhering to Chanel's policies.
Facilitate team communication to ensure collective knowledge and accountability.
Build Chanel's client portfolio through strategic data capture and business initiatives.
Manage staff schedules and operational zoning for optimal client experience.
Communicate retail and stock needs, providing feedback to influence strategies.
Create personalized client experiences and resolve service complaints holistically.
Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming environment.
Embody Chanel's values and share brand knowledge with clients and team.
Implement training and uphold uniform and grooming standards.
