Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal liaison between Chanel and the Harrods Knightsbridge concessions, ensuring alignment on commercial strategy, merchandising and client experience.
- Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring monthly targets, executing sell-through initiatives, and analysing store-level KPIs to recommend corrective actions.
- Owning inventory management and replenishment processes to optimise in-store assortment and avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Implement brand visual merchandising and display standards in collaboration with store teams and visual merchandisers to maintain Chanel presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate and oversee client events, trunk shows and private appointments at Harrods to cultivate high-value relationships and increase client acquisition.
- Deliver training and coaching to in-store staff on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and service protocols to elevate conversion and average transaction value.
- Prepare regular commercial reports and forecasting updates for regional management; escalate risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Manage administrative tasks related to concession operations, including order follow-up, invoicing coordination and compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in account management or concession management for a luxury fashion or accessories brand.
- Demonstrable experience working with premium department stores or multi-brand retailers; knowledge of Harrods operations advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insight into tactical plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a polished customer-facing demeanour appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings as required for events and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail account or concession management, preferably with exposure to department store partnerships and high-value client engagement.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
