Chanel seeks an Account Manager for the Boots concession at Cabot Circus, Bristol — lead sales, client experience and brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chanel concession within Boots Cabot Circus, ensuring adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising directives and luxury client experience protocols.
  • Drive sales performance and commercial objectives through targeted clienteling, KPI monitoring and promotional execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Boots store leadership and on-site teams to optimise product placement, stock replenishment and promotional activity.
  • Coach and develop concession staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and operational procedures to elevate guest service and conversion.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements and loss-prevention measures; liaise with regional supply teams to resolve replenishment issues.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports, analyse performance trends and recommend corrective actions to maximise revenue and margin.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account or concession management within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail environments.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and team-development capabilities, including coaching frontline retail staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable liaising with corporate teams and retail partners.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Minimum three years' experience managing retail accounts, concessions or in-store teams within the beauty or luxury retail sector, with proven ability to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in business, retail management, marketing or cosmetics/beauty is preferred.
