Role & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.
Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance performance and uphold brand image.
Contribute to business planning, including forecasting and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze business KPIs to inform strategic actions and improve commercial performance.
Recruit new clients and support clienteling initiatives to deepen customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to review counter performance and develop growth strategies.
Oversee retail operations, including rota management and stock monitoring.
Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
Set expectations for client service excellence and champion the brand’s signature service approach.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.

Skills

Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration. Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities. Experience
