Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate team communication to ensure collective knowledge.
  • Share brand vision and business challenges to empower the team.
  • Build CHANEL’s client portfolio through strategic data capture.
  • Develop business initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage staff rotas and operational zoning for optimal client experience.
  • Communicate retail and stock needs to necessary parties.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to influence strategies.
  • Lead by example in creating personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure team embraces digital shopping trends and resolves client service complaints holistically.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming business environment.
  • Embody and share the values, heritage, and know-how of the CHANEL brand.
  • Implement training and adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines.
