Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage data in SAP for vendors, customers, and fixed assets, including cost updates for each SKU.
  • Monitor monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate management of inventory accounts and analyzing bulk wine operations.
  • Oversee fixed assets and capital expenditures, including participation in investment forecasts and cash-flow management.
  • Assist in setting standard costs and analyzing production orders, identifying variances versus standard costs.
  • Deliver month-end bulk wine inventory reconciliation and assist in sales and cost of goods sold reconciliation.
  • Ensure creation and maintenance of vendor master data and support accounts payables process optimization.
  • Create and maintain fixed assets master data and assist in capex budget preparation and consolidation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP FICO module. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and production basics. Ability to manage complex data and communicate results effectively. Business acumen, diplomacy, and integrity. Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

Entry-level position requiring a good understanding of company practices.

Education

Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
