Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory operations, including sample analysis, technical support for winemaking trials, and maintenance of lab facilities.
- Participate in technical tastings and blending panels, contributing to product quality and consistency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and supporting ongoing training and development.
- Work extended hours during peak vintage periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a winery or food industry environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management) and/or ISO 9000 (Quality Management) is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
