Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the talent pool for emerging talents including apprentices, interns, and VIEs, and participate in selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and coordinate the performance review campaign across global wineries.
- Contribute to the annual talent review, analyzing data to inform Talent Management decisions.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of local training programs and track employee development activities.
- Support the administration of employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects, including internal communications and CSR reports.
- Audit and ensure the reliability of HR data and document HR processes.
- Generate monthly reports and track HR metrics.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage HR invoices and track costs.
- Organize events to enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Integrate new employees through pre-boarding and onboarding.
- Assist with HR-related inquiries and liaise with People Shared Services and HRIS teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Fluent in English.
