Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the talent pool for emerging talents such as apprentices, interns, and VIEs, including needs assessment, selection, onboarding, and advising managers.
  • Coordinate performance management campaigns and communication.
  • Contribute to the annual talent review by analyzing talent data to inform management decisions.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of local training programs, recommending learning resources, and tracking employee development activities.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to global HR projects, including internal communications, newsletters, onboarding programs, CSR reporting, and conflict of interest campaigns.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by verifying HR data reliability and documenting HR processes.
  • Generate monthly reports and track HR indicators.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Manage HR invoices and track HR costs.
  • Organize events to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding for new employees.
  • Address employee HR-related inquiries and liaise with People Shared Services and HRIS teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Service-oriented and client-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a solution-oriented approach. Team player with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for individuals beginning their career in Human Resources.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
