Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and organization of financial data for forecasting and reporting exercises, collaborating with both local and global teams.
- Support the consolidation of Capex and Supply roadmaps by gathering and updating relevant information from the vineyard network.
- Aid in the preparation of documentation for Capex authorization requests and participate in preliminary financial analyses.
- Assist in inventory data tracking, updating monitoring tools, and implementing stock optimization actions.
- Help collect and compile data for sustainability-related reports, including the financial impact of sustainable initiatives.
- Assist in the collection and consolidation of operational performance data (KPIs, productivity, production costs, etc.) from various vineyard teams.
- Support the preparation and dissemination of performance reports and presentations to share key insights and improvement areas.
- Aid in monitoring the progress of productivity and efficiency initiatives by updating tracking tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
