Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Business Development Manager in operational management across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Participate in monthly market calls and manage follow-ups.
  • Analyze business data from markets and IWSR databases to support strategic planning.
  • Respond to daily market requests regarding assets, tools, benchmarks, and stock allocations.
  • Provide operational support for European incentive events, including event design and execution coordination.
  • Consolidate information from various markets regarding orders, POS merchandise, and special offers.
  • Analyze distribution structures by market.
  • Identify business opportunities and propose commercial activities.
  • Manage operational and logistical needs of markets, including product referencing optimization.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and ad-hoc studies on product and market performance.
  • Assist in drafting presentation materials.
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters with best practices, key figures, and upcoming activations.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in business, engineering, hospitality, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous internship experience in a business environment.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Dynamic and curious mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Experience

Previous internship experience in a business environment is required. An interest in the wines & spirits sector, hospitality, and luxury business analysis & development is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in business, engineering, hospitality, or equivalent.
