Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and ensure consistency of the brand DNA and codes globally.
  • Develop strategic business reviews to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global consumer insights and markets to analyze category opportunities.
  • Develop global brand strategy including vision, marketing strategy, and positioning.
  • Proactively develop long-term marketing plans to meet global Chandon ambitions.
  • Manage the brand central A&P budget and provide guidelines to regions.
  • Lead the innovation strategy in partnership with operations and commercial teams.
  • Set and manage content strategy with internal partners for priority campaigns.
  • Define global merchandising strategy and develop promotional tools.
  • Drive brand strategy execution across consumer touchpoints in markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven experience in building premium brands within wines & spirits, luxury goods, or cosmetics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of diverse business models and market dynamics.
  • Solid project management experience with a history of influencing senior leadership.
  • People management experience is a plus.

Marketing acumen with a focus on brand strategy and impact. Ability to navigate multi-cultural and cross-functional environments.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wines & spirits, luxury goods, or cosmetics industries.

Education

Master's degree in Marketing or Business from a recognized institution.
