Role & Responsibilities
- Manage VIP shopping requests and track press samples, ensuring availability and proposing alternatives when necessary.
- Create shipments in Fashion GPS and monitor the traffic and return of press samples to the Paris showroom.
- Prepare VIP fittings, including the selection of looks and assistance during fittings.
- Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and arts, compiling monthly international talent reports.
- Package and prepare gifts and product placements for celebrities.
- Summarize daily VIP requests, track press releases, and maintain the VIP image database.
- Create and manage monthly newsletters and conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Organize and manage the VIP showroom and collaborate with showroom teams for VIP shipments and returns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.
- Previous experience in the press industry.

A first experience in the press industry is required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
