CELINE is hiring a Team Manager in Vancouver (Oakridge Park) to lead the boutique team and drive sales for the Fall 2026 store opening.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique sales team through daily coaching, weekly pulse checks, monthly reviews and the internal objectives platform (RISE).
  • Recruit, onboard and mentor Client Advisors; implement succession planning and formal training programs to build bench strength.
  • Drive regional sales targets by setting clear KPIs, directing floor supervision and empowering the team to deliver high‑quality client service and appointment‑based business.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM resources (client books) to deepen relationships, grow local market share and increase repeat business.
  • Partner with Visual Manager to implement and maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and create a compelling in‑store experience.
  • Oversee store operations including POS and inventory management, shrink control, accurate reporting and coordination with logistics and product teams.
  • Prepare monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports for corporate and ensure accurate follow‑up on paperwork and cross‑departmental communications.
  • Participate in the Vancouver Oakridge new store opening, ensuring staffing, training, merchandising and operational readiness for launch.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six years’ retail experience with emphasis on operations, store management or office administration; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistent KPI achievement and commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated recruitment, coaching and succession‑planning experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise with local teams and corporate offices.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail trading hours.
  • Candidates with established client books are strongly preferred.

Experience

Minimum six years in a retail environment with progressive responsibility in store operations and people management; luxury boutique experience and previous involvement in store openings preferred.

Education
