Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and maintaining the brand image.
  • Assist in driving sales initiatives to achieve team and individual sales targets.
  • Establish and uphold the highest standards of the store environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the sales team.
  • Lead and enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the store.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new staff members.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies at the store level.
  • Coach sales staff to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Address staff issues and grievances, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
  • Prepare various reports including merchandising flow, traffic flow, and daily sales.
  • Assist in conducting daily briefings on office information and sales performance.
  • Resolve ad-hoc operational issues and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Oversee stock taking, replenishment, and merchandising distribution.
  • Manage petty cash utilization and liaise with the Accounts Department for store expenses.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player Customer-oriented with excellent service quality Tactful in handling customers and external parties Strong fashion sense Self-sufficient and results-driven Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury fashion retail industry, with at least 2 years in team management.
