Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
• Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
• Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Engage in recruiting processes and provide systematic induction for new staff members.
• Conduct monthly staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer service issues effectively.
• Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
• Provide monthly business reports and maintain relationships with corporate and regional offices.
• Uphold grooming and styling standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Administer key documents, create staff schedules, and manage planning of holidays and absences.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets and empower sales staff through clienteling.
• Understand store performance by product category and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in store management, preferably within a luxury setting.
• Proficiency in using various software packages and inventory management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle personnel matters effectively.
