Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Engage in the recruitment and induction process of staff in collaboration with Human Resources and Regional Manager.
- Conduct systematic induction for new staff and organize follow-up with knowledge reviews.
- Identify and develop growth potential of individual staff members through regular performance evaluations.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards, maintaining store appearance and organization.
- Administer key administrative tasks, including staff work schedules and planning of paid holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in computer software packages and inventory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
- Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.
