CELINE is hiring a Store Manager in Berlin to lead the boutique, drive sales, client experience and team development (Permanent, full-time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations and act as a visible sales role model on the shop floor to maximise conversion and client loyalty.
  • Own the store P&L: monitor performance, analyse KPIs, identify opportunities and implement action plans with the management team to reach commercial objectives.
  • Develop and execute clienteling and CRM strategies to grow and retain high-value clientele and meet CRM targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff; build a high-performing, client-centric team and manage workforce planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and internal procedures, including stock control, store planning and loss prevention.
  • Drive merchandising, visual standards and the execution of digital initiatives to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the store and head office, translating corporate priorities into operational practice.

Qualifications

  • Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' retail experience, with demonstrable experience in luxury or high-end fashion.
  • Proven capability to manage P&L and deliver against commercial targets.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, leading and developing large retail teams.
  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience, including prior management responsibility in the luxury or fashion sector with proven results in sales growth, team leadership and P&L accountability.
