Senior Menswear Designer
CELINE — Senior Menswear Designer in Paris. Lead Men's RTW design, produce sketches and tech packs, and collaborate with development and production teams.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and research vintage and contemporary inspirations to feed seasonal men’s collections and propose creative directions.
- Develop creative proposals and translate concepts into maquettes and detailed sketches.
- Produce and format launch sheets / tech packs for the development pipeline.
- Prepare presentations and review materials for meetings with the Artistic Direction.
- Assess products from a technical standpoint (feasibility, construction methods, manufacturing constraints).
- Collaborate closely with development and production teams in France and Italy to ensure design intent through to production.
- Create 3D renderings of designs when required.
Qualifications
- Design school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a ready-to-wear design studio, ideally within luxury fashion.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Demonstrable creative portfolio with strong sensitivity to menswear and the CELINE aesthetic.
- Excellent precision, rigour and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience within a men's ready-to-wear design studio, with hands-on involvement in concept-to-development processes and collaboration with production teams.

Design school diploma or equivalent
