Selling Supervisor

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver an elevated client experience and meet individual and store sales targets, including consignment goals.
• Supervise daily floor operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash tender reconciliation and troubleshooting.
• Drive clienteling practices and coordinate use of client relationship resources to maximize conversion, units per transaction and average transaction value.
• Manage POS and inventory-management functions to maintain inventory accuracy and meet shrink targets.
• Partner with Visual and Regional Visual Managers to implement merchandising standards and seasonal visual directives that enhance the shopping experience.
• Identify training needs, run morning briefings, and support staff development through goal setting and on-the-floor coaching.
• Administer timely follow-up, reporting and administrative paperwork; execute ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Business school, university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum seven years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
• At least one year of supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and mentor retail teams.
• Computer literate with demonstrated ability to learn retail systems.
