CELINE is hiring a Selling Supervisor in Scottsdale, AZ to lead sales, client experience and merchandising for its new store opening.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver an elevated client experience and meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance by integrating product expertise into the sales process to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
  • Provide day-to-day floor supervision, resolve customer service issues and empower staff to make client-centric decisions.
  • Manage operational tasks including POS and inventory management, store opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention targets.
  • Partner with Visual and Regional Visual Managers to implement merchandising standards and ensure an engaging store environment.
  • Support HR activities: conduct morning briefings, identify training needs, and apply company policies in the absence of Store Management.

Qualifications

  • Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, drive results and handle customer escalations with diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with general office software (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale systems; aptitude to learn company-specific platforms.

Experience

Seven or more years of retail sales experience—preferably in a luxury environment—with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and managing store operations.
