CELINE seeks a Selling Supervisor in Aventura, FL (Aventura Mall) to lead sales, visual standards and team performance for a Fall 2026 store opening.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Mentor and supervise sales associates to deliver an elevated, client‑centric experience and achieve individual and store sales targets, including consignment goals.
  • Lead floor supervision and empower the sales team to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value through product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Coordinate client relationship resources (client books, training tools) to ensure consistent, personalised clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Operate and troubleshoot POS and inventory management functions; perform opening and closing procedures and ensure tender reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and shrinkage; administer timely and accurate paperwork and follow‑up tasks.
  • Partner with the Visual Manager and Regional Visual Manager to implement and maintain merchandising standards and compelling store presentation.
  • Review sales metrics regularly, identify performance gaps and take corrective action to improve results.
  • Develop staff through goal setting, regular briefings and identifying individual training needs; implement company policies and appropriate disciplinary procedures in the absence of Store Management.

Qualifications

  • Business school diploma, university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum seven years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail; at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient with general office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) and point‑of‑sale systems; ability to learn brand‑specific software.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, drive results and resolve customer or staff issues proactively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong social perceptiveness.

Experience

Minimum seven years of sales experience—preferably in a luxury retail environment—with at least one year in a supervisory or team‑lead role. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and managing floor operations.
