Sales Assistant
CELINE seeks a Sales Assistant in Wujiang (Suzhou), China — full‑time retail role delivering luxury customer service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build lasting client relationships through attentive service and client follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling and up‑selling relevant products.
- Handle customer enquiries, manage transactions and follow up activity at the cashier point.
- Perform client outreach and event invitations by making follow‑up calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Support stock management activities including stock taking, replenishment and receiving new arrivals.
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays and upkeep of the sales floor to brand standards.
- Provide operational support for in‑store events and collaborate with the retail team on execution.
- Comply with safety, health and security procedures within the store environment.
Qualifications
- College diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience; retail experience preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
- Energetic, service‑oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, tact in customer interactions and a good fashion sensibility.
- Fluent Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
