Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
- Conduct follow-up calls for store events to existing and potential customers.
- Assist in stock taking, replenishing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Support merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
