Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and contribute to achieving commercial targets through proactive client development.
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised, high‑end customer experiences that reflect CELINE’s values.
- Share expert product knowledge and provide considered recommendations, including complementary items.
- Prospect, recruit and nurture long‑term client relationships through attentive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, replenishment, stock transfers and inventory control.
- Manage after‑sales service (SAV) with professionalism and adherence to internal procedures.
- Respect and implement House guidelines and retail procedures; support the boutique’s digital initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying CELINE’s creative spirit and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ professional experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail.
- Deep product sensitivity and strong knowledge of contemporary fashion and leather goods.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional, personalised service.
- Demonstrated commercial drive, initiative and a collaborative, target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal qualities: service orientation, curiosity, openness, optimism and empathy.
- Fluency in French and English; an additional language is a plus.

Experience
Minimum 2 years' retail sales experience in the fashion or luxury sector, with demonstrated client development and boutique operational responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, luxury retail or customer service preferred.
