Role & Responsibilities
- Promote the use and analysis of main retail dashboards to support retail management in improving store network performance.
- Ensure process monitoring and consistency across all stores, maintaining stock management best practices and preparing for stocktakes.
- Animate the community of stock managers and advisors, manage uniforms, and oversee store maintenance and external suppliers.
- Partner with management to minimize security risks and implement harmonized guidelines for in-store operations and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Passion for retail operations and performance excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
