Retail Merchandising Intern
CELINE in Paris seeks a Retail Merchandising Intern (6-month full-time, July 2026) to support EME categories in reporting, analysis and showroom buying.

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly reports and analyse commercial performance by zone and product; monitor and report on key retail KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, follow up on action plans with regional teams.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and product performance deep-dives to support merchandising decisions.
- Prepare monthly review meetings with EME zones and compile meeting materials.
- Support Merchandisers during showroom buying sessions and prepare related documentation.
- Contribute to product launch activities and follow-up processes.
- Perform product analyses and competitive benchmarking to inform assortment and pricing strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) program in a business school or equivalent university degree.
- Valid school internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
- Strong analytical aptitude with high attention to detail.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with large datasets and presentations.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, adapt quickly and work autonomously in an exacting environment.
- Genuine interest in retail and the fashion sector; proactive and team-oriented.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level; current students are encouraged to apply. A prior internship in retail merchandising, business planning or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or equivalent university degree). A school internship agreement (convention de stage) is compulsory.
