Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data for the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly reports and monthly updates on Fragrance Ambassadors' performance.
- Coordinate 360° activations to support new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring effective internal communication.
- Organize regular meetings and create seasonal newsletters for the Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community, updating them on performance challenges.
- Conduct competitor analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial periods.
- Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings, manage specific regional demands, and support the roll-out of the perfume engraving service.
- Coordinate with various departments for specific needs and co-prepare important meetings such as the perfume committee, 3YP, and Budget meetings.
- Lead a designated project from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 business school or university equivalent program.
- Fluent in both English and French to effectively communicate with global regions.
