Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Manager in daily operations, focusing on commercial coordination between Head Office functions and the retail network in France.
  • Monitor sales and performance metrics for each boutique.
  • Compile and communicate quarterly and semi-annual incentive results to Store Managers.
  • Track team performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Prepare and follow up on action plans and timelines based on business needs.
  • Organize network activities, including meetings and showroom schedules.
  • Define and manage projects, such as digitalized remote sales initiatives.
  • Oversee uniform management and identify best practices across boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university, with a specialization in fashion/luxury preferred.
  • Demonstrates rigor, organization, proactivity, and motivation.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and availability.
  • Passionate about fashion, dynamic, autonomous, mature, and proactive.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
