Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and price benchmarking for services and products.
  • Manage purchasing projects, including specification definition, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract deployment, in close collaboration with brand stakeholders.
  • Participate in tender processes, assisting in drafting specifications, sending consultation files to suppliers, analyzing offers, making recommendations to stakeholders, and managing contracts.
  • Assist in developing the Indirect Purchasing map of the House.
  • Select and evaluate high-performing suppliers, coordinating with Compliance, CSR, Security, Legal, and Finance departments.
  • Support the management and reporting of the Purchasing department using implemented tools.
  • Regularly track actions and projects, measuring their performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
  • Propose new challenges to advance purchasing strategies within specific categories.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Purchasing.

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomous with a proactive approach. Versatile and organized. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. Excellent service orientation and communication skills. Fluent in French and English.

Experience

A preliminary experience in purchasing is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
