Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and team meetings.
  • Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the acting leader of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Implement brand guidelines and improve store processes to enhance customer service and retail operations.
  • Lead operational projects and support the store and headquarters during their implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage store facilities.
  • Monitor and optimize store P&L to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about USA retail laws and health and safety legislation.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and a passion for customer service.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions effectively. Fluency in foreign languages is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of five years of retail experience, including at least three years in a managerial capacity, is required.
