CELINE seeks an Operations Supervisor in Scottsdale, AZ to lead store operations, inventory control and training for the new store opening.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day store operations and implement efficiencies to protect product assets and optimise operational performance.
  • Lead operational projects end‑to‑end and act as primary liaison between store teams and HQ during new initiatives and store openings.
  • Train new hires and deliver follow‑up training on the store operating system (Cegid) and related operational procedures.
  • Manage stock control, replenishment processes and cycle counts; work closely with Inventory Control to resolve negatives on hand and execute yearly inventory.
  • Develop forecasting tools for sales, stock and headcount/payroll planning; deliver stock optimisation analysis and forward planning.
  • Own vendor and supplier relationships; identify cost‑reduction and service improvement opportunities.
  • Drive CRM data quality and support CRM team/Store Manager in cascading client‑data actions to the sales team.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage store facilities in line with company policies.
  • Monitor P&L drivers to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities; challenge Merchandising to maximise replenishment potential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' retail experience with at least 3 years managing people.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience monitoring P&L and delivering against sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of USA retail laws, security practices and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, train teams and cascade processes effectively throughout a store organisation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cegid or similar retail POS/IMS systems preferred.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; flexible and resilient under pressure.

Experience

Minimum five years of retail experience, including at least three years in a people‑management or supervisory capacity within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
