CELINE is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Aventura, FL to lead store operations for the new Aventura Mall boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and implement brand standards to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
  • Identify and drive operational efficiencies to protect product assets, reduce stock loss and provide transparent reporting to the Store Manager.
  • Own stock management and replenishment processes, act as first point of contact for inventory issues and coordinate with Inventory Control for cycle counts and annual inventory.
  • Train new hires and deliver follow‑up training on the store operating system (Cegid) and related operational procedures.
  • Lead operational projects from planning through execution and cascade project deliverables to store teams and HQ stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting tools for sales, stock and headcount/payroll planning to support accurate business projections.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to negotiate cost efficiencies and improve service levels.
  • Drive stockroom optimisation and logical stock flows to improve fetch times and operational productivity.
  • Support CRM activities by ensuring client data quality and collaborating on initiatives to enhance client capture and retention.
  • Monitor P&L drivers, identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement process changes to improve store profitability.
  • Manage store facilities and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and US retail legislation.
  • Manage the recording and compliance of client gifts and related processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 3 years in people management.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock loss prevention and replenishment processes.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience monitoring P&L and delivering cost efficiencies.
  • Strong training and coaching skills with experience delivering system and process training to store teams.
  • Knowledge of US retail laws, security protocols and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and to perform under deadline pressure.

Experience

Minimum five years of retail experience, including at least three years managing people; experience in luxury retail and involvement in new store openings or operational project launches is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
