CELINE in Cabazon seeks a Part‑time Operations Associate to manage inventory, shipments and client deliveries. Hourly pay $19–$22.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Control movement of all pre‑sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring shipping and receiving protocols are followed.
  • Maintain inventory in an efficient, secure, clean and organized manner; manage stock rotations and inter‑store transfers.
  • Support sales staff by locating and preparing merchandise not on the sales floor; facilitate client deliveries and document all transactions.
  • Execute cycle counts and participate in inventory reconciliation processes; accurately record damages, RTVs and related paperwork.
  • Manage packaging and presentation of client purchases to CELINE standards and troubleshoot missing deliveries.
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, props and merchandise as required.
  • Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, arranging cleaning or repairs when necessary.
  • Operate retail systems and complete required administrative tasks related to inventory control and stock management.

Qualifications

  • Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum five years' retail experience with a focus on stock, inventory or operations; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to follow procedures and complete inventory paperwork (damages, RTVs, transfers).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated customer‑service orientation.
  • Action‑oriented, results driven with strong problem‑solving skills and social perceptiveness.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn and use retail inventory and back‑office software.
