Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in evaluating, designing, and implementing omnichannel process improvements.
- Lead weekly meetings with regional teams to manage incidents and ensure system reliability.
- Independently manage minor system evolutions, including requirement modeling, Jira ticket creation, development testing, and release communication.
- Serve as a reference point for internal tools and manage the algorithm.
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new team members regarding omnichannel topics.
- Assist in synchronizing key stakeholders for project implementation, including Ops teams, IS&T, and E-commerce teams.
- Contribute to defining business needs for new functionalities, such as operational improvements and new omnichannel services.
- Participate in testing and validating functionalities with QA and local teams.
- Collaborate with regional teams during the launch of new functionalities, preparing and sharing training materials.
- Assist in disseminating best omnichannel practices and updating training materials for regional operational teams.
- Produce analytical reports on operational performance and create ad-hoc reports based on regional needs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a preferred alternation rhythm of 4 days/5 or 2 weeks/3 in the company.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly appreciated.
