Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly reporting and analyse sales performance by region, product and channel; track key performance indicators and follow up on action plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities and best-selling items; monitor assortment performance and support implementation of merchandising initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly alignment meetings with regional teams and contribute to showroom buying sessions alongside Merchandisers.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence: monitor new product launches, seasonal themes, competitor positioning and accessory trends; perform ad-hoc market studies.
  • Manage product data for showrooms: maintain and update product information, prepare collection tracking tools (collection plans, showroom documents) and execute price surveys across currencies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) program in Business, Fashion Management or equivalent university training.
  • Prior internship experience in Retail Merchandising or Collection Merchandising is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced spreadsheet skills required).
  • Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and a methodical approach to data.
  • Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, proactive mindset and genuine interest in the fashion industry.
  • Fluent English.

Experience

Entry-level; targeted at students seeking a first or subsequent internship in merchandising. A previous merchandising or retail internship is appreciated but not required.
