Maintenance Technician
CELINE seeks a Maintenance Technician in Strada in Chianti, Italy to perform preventive and corrective maintenance in production (start April 2026).

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment according to scheduled timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain and inspect plant machinery and systems, including rotating tools, presses, skiving/splitting machines, grooving machines and sewing machines.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support layout adjustments and reconfiguration of production areas and offices when required.
- Collaborate closely with production and continuous improvement teams to sustain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Diploma as an electrotechnical or mechanical technician, or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Minimum three years' experience in maintenance roles within industrial or production environments; experience in luxury/fashion manufacturing is a plus.
- Versatile competence across electrical and mechanical disciplines with proven preventive and corrective maintenance practice.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Practical workshop skills and familiarity with shopfloor tooling.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, organisational discipline and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Effective team player who can also work autonomously; meticulous and proactive approach to tasks.
- Fluent Italian; working knowledge of English is considered an advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years in maintenance roles within industrial production environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion manufacturing is a plus.
Education
Diploma in electrotechnical or mechanical studies, or equivalent professional experience in maintenance.
